In Naples, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Florida vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 9 am–5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (407) 300-1766. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is alphamobilemechanics.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 230 reviews, which is a strong result for a mechanic in Naples and suggests consistent service.
Naples is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Naples is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The same day I dropped by daughter off at college, the window on her Jeep would not roll up. I was already 12 hours away when this happened. I was very blessed to find James and Alpha Mobile Mechanics through a Google search. James was able to give me an estimate within a few minutes of our first telephone call. He completed the repair the same day and for the price he quoted. James was very communicative and shared updates along the way and pictures and a video when finished. He and his team even cleaned the tape residue off the vehicle from where the window had plastic over it. Thank you for your help, James.

James was wonderful! Came out to my work place to check my car. It was the smoothest interaction possible. Knowledgeable and honest. Many of my coworkers have used him, nothing but happy people with working cars!! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing experience! I’m an out of state buyer buying a car here in FL. I needed a reliable guy that can perform a PPI on site at the dealership and James delivered. The report was detailed and helped me make a good decision. Highly recommend.
